摘　　要：本文对一起船用万能式空气断路器运行中发生偷跳的故障进行分析。通过检测开关本体脱扣器、电磁线圈、动作电压等,对保护装置动作情况、控制回路中间继电器、控制电缆的抗干扰性、二次端子绝缘性能等进行检查,综合分析查找跳闸原因,并采取一定措施进行改造,以避免开关偷跳的再次发生。This paper introduces the phenomenon of pilfering in the operation of a universal air circuit breaker for marine use. The action of the protective device, the middle relay of the control loop, the anti-interference of the control cable, and the insulation performance of the secondary terminal are checked. The reason for the trip is found through comprehensive analys is, and certain measures are taken to reform to avoid the occurrence of the switch jumping again.
