Surgical treatment of peroneal tendon dislocation and review the literature

摘　　要：目的探讨腓骨肌腱滑脱手术治疗体会并文献回顾。方法对2018年3月收治的1例腓骨肌腱滑脱患者采用腓骨上支持带修复+腓骨沟加深术治疗。结果术后经过半年随访,患者踝关节疼痛、不稳症状完全消失,踝关节屈伸活动无明显受限,活动时无肌腱滑脱,Mazur踝关节功能评分96分。结论腓骨肌腱滑脱发病率低,且早期易漏诊,治疗方法多样,其中腓骨上支持带修复+腓骨沟加深术对于Oden分型Ⅰ度损伤的腓骨肌腱滑脱有可靠疗效。Objective To report 1 case of surgical treatment of peroneal tendon dislocation and review the literature. Methods A 28-years-old female with peroneal tendon dislocation was treated by a medical treatment in our hospital, and the fibula was used to support the repair and fibula groove deepening.Results After six months follow-up, the patients with ankle joint pain and unstable symptoms disappeared completely. The ankle flexion and stretch activity was not significantly limited, activity without tendon slippage. Mazur ankle function score was 96 points. Conclusion The incidence of peroneal tendon dislocation is low. It is easy to be missed in early diagnosis. The treatment method is various. The fibular upper retinaculum repair and fibula groove deepening is a reliable curative method for Oden type Ⅰ injury of peroneal tendon dislocation.
