摘　　要：目的探讨游离脐旁皮瓣修复手足部大面积软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2016年4月-2019年1月,应用游离对侧脐旁皮瓣修复手足部大面积软组织缺损12例,缺损面积:10.0 cm×5.0 cm^18.0 cm×8.0 cm,伴有不同程度的肌腱及骨外露,腹部皮瓣供区创面直接拉拢缝合。结果 12例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访3~8个月,皮瓣质地良好,外形满意,无挛缩,功能恢复良好,均获得满意疗效。结论采用游离脐旁皮瓣修复手足部大面积软组织缺损,皮瓣质地好,血供可靠,可修复缺损面积大,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using free paraumbilical flap to repair large area soft tissue defect of hand and foot. Methods From April 2016 to January 2019, 12 cases of large area soft tissue defect of hand and foot were repaired by free lateral paraumbilical flap. The defect area was 10.0 cm ×5.0 cm to 18.0 cm ×8.0 cm, accompanied by different degrees of tendon and bone exposure, the donor area of par abdominal flap was directly sutured. Results All the flaps survived in 12 cases. All patients were followed up for 3 to 8 months after operation. The flaps had good texture and satisfactory shape, without contracture and good function recovery, with satisfactory results. Conclusion Using free par umbilical flap to repair large area soft tissue defect of hand and foot, the flap has good texture and reliable blood supply, can repair the large area defect. The clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
