摘 要:针对激励信号的直流偏置与磁弹性膜片相对于线圈的位置会对检测结果存在着一定影响,开展对激励信号的直流偏置与磁弹性膜片在线圈中的不同位置进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:磁弹性膜片在线圈中部时的共振频率明显小于磁弹性膜片处在线圈两端时的共振频率,其共振频率的差值可以达到0.9 kHz,因此位置的变化对检测结果有着较大的影响;质量引起的共振频移与传感器基频呈线性关系,因此基频较高时,传感器的灵敏度较高。As the position of the magnetoelastic ribbon relative to the coil has a certain influence on the detecting result,different positions of the magnetoelastic ribbon in the coil are experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the resonant frequency of the magnetoelastic ribbon in the middle of the coil is significantly smaller than the resonant frequency of the magnetoelastic ribbon at the ends of the coil,and the difference of the resonant frequency can reach 0.9 kHz,which means the positon have a significant effect on the detecting result.The resonance frequency shift caused by mass has a linear relationship with the fundamental frequency of the sensor.Therefore,when the fundamental frequency is high,the sensitivity of the sensor is high.
