摘 要:采用简单的一步水热合成路线制备了CuO-SnO 2花状结构复合材料,通过SEM,XRD,XPS对相应的微观结构进行了分析表征。结果显示:所制备的花状结构由形状、大小相似的纳米片组装而成,直径为2~5μm,CuO的含量对SnO 2花状结构没有影响。将制得的花状结构复合材料构筑旁热式气敏元件,并采用静态配气法测试了气敏元件对三甲胺气体的敏感特性。结果表明:相比于纯SnO 2元件,CuO-SnO 2元件对三甲胺气体表现出灵敏度高、检测下限低、选择性好、响应和恢复迅速等优点,其气敏性能的提高归因于SnO 2与CuO接触面p-n异质结的构筑及CuO的催化特性。CuO-SnO 2 flower-like composite material are successfully fabricated through a facile one-step hydrothermal synthesis route.The structural and composition information are examined by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The result indicates that the obtained CuO-SnO 2 flower-like structure are assembled by a number of nanosheets of similar shapes and sizes,with diameters range of 2~5μm.Content of CuO has no effect on SnO 2 flower-like structure.The obtained composite material is used to construct an indirectly heated gas sensor,and the sensitivity characteristics of the gas sensor to trimethylamine gas are tested by a static gas distribution method.The experimental results show that compared to pure SnO 2 sensor,CuO-SnO 2 senor displays high sensitivity,low detecting limit,good selectivity,and fast response and recovery to trimethylamine gas.The enhanced gas sensitive properties are probably attributed to the formation of p-n heterojunctions at interface and the catalytic characteristics of CuO.
