摘　　要：运黑161是由山西省农业科学院棉花研究所特色小麦课题组以黑小麦品种漯珍1号为母本,黑小麦中间材料5041为父本选育而出的黑小麦新品种。本文总结了运黑161的选育过程,并根据2017-2018年连续2年的区试试验和品质分析结果,对其主要农艺性状表现进行总结,并对品质性状进行分析。该品种品质优良,富含微量元素锌和硒,具有良好的营养价值和保健功能。最后论述了选育体会,以期为后续研究提供参考。Yunhei 161 is a new black wheat cultivar bred by Characteristic Wheat Research Group in the Cotton Research Institute,Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,using the Luozhen 1 as the female parent and 5041 as the male parent. The breeding process of Yunhei 161 was summarized,and the main agronomic and quality traits were analyzed,based on the results of regional trials and quality analysis for two consecutive years from 2017 to 2018.The variety had good quality,which was rich in trace elements zinc and selenium,and had good nutritional value. Finally,the breeding experience was discussed to provide reference for the follow-up research.
