摘　　要：本文在实地调研与资料收集的基础上,通过数据统计和案例分析对江苏省南京市六合区竹镇镇竹墩村、烟墩社区、宝贡村的土地流转对象、方式、期限、收益、满意度等具体问题作出具体分析,同时提出政策性建议,以期推进土地流转和农地产权制度改革。Based on field research and data collection,this paper analyzed the land transfer objects,methods,deadlines,income and satisfaction of Zhudun Village,Yandun Community and Baogong Village of Zhuzhen Town,Liuhe District,Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province through data statistics and case analysis,and put forward policy recommendations,in order to promote land transfer and reform of farmland property rights system.
