摘  要:目的探究3D打印导航面具在三叉神经球囊压迫术中的临床应用体会。方法对2015年9月至2018年6月于我院治疗的40例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分为A组(DSA引导组,n=20)和B组(3D打印面具组,n=20),A组采取DSA引导行球囊压迫术,B组采取3D打印面具引导行球囊压迫术,记录穿刺所用时间、手术总时间、首次穿刺成功率并对患者术后效果进行总体评价。结果与A组相比,B组在首次穿刺时间、手术总时间、DSA扫描次数等方面显著降低,而在首次穿刺成功率、术中球囊呈“梨形”例数、远期疗效等方面明显高于A组。结论3D打印面具引导球囊压迫术有穿刺准确、节省时间、并发症少、安全性高的优点,有较为重要的临床应用意义。Objective To explore the clinical application of 3D⁃printed navigation mask in balloon com⁃pression of trigeminal nerve.Methods Forty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into group A(DSA guidance group,n=20)and group B(3D printed mask group,n=20).Group A adopted DSA to guide balloon compression,while group B adopted 3D⁃printed mask to guide balloon compression.The time taken for puncture,total operation time,first puncture success rate were recorded and postoperative effect was evaluated.Results Compared with those in group A,the first puncture time,total operation time and number of DSA scans of group B were significantly reduced.However,the first puncture success rate,the number of cases with“pear⁃shaped”balloon during the operation,and long⁃term efficacy in group B were significantly improved.Conclusion Balloon compression guided by 3D⁃printed mask has the advantages of accurate puncture,time saving,less complications and safety,and it has an important clinical significance.
