摘　　要：目的:开展帐篷式移动生物安全实验室设计与应用研究,为新型移动生物安全实验室的设计提供借鉴。方法:帐篷式移动生物安全实验室采用防护帐篷与技术保障方舱相结合的技术形式,综合集成全新风空调、送排风高效过滤、负压控制等系统,并通过合理功能分区,以达到高等级生物安全防护水平。结果:帐篷式移动生物安全实验室可满足新型冠状病毒感染样本检测的需要,在疫情防控中发挥了重要作用。结论:帐篷式移动生物安全实验室在实际应用中发挥了其作业空间大、防护级别高等技术特点,可快速实施对病原体的分离、鉴定、检测等作业,为移动生物安全实验室研制提供了一种全新的设计理念。Objective To explore the design and application of mobile biosafety laboratory tent to facilitate the researches on new-type mobile biosafety laboratories.Methods The mobile biosafety laboratory tent adopted the technical form of protective tent combined with technology support shelters,which realized high-level biosafety by executing rational functional partitioning and integrating some systems for fresh-air air conditioning,HEPA for air supply and exhaust,negative pressure control and etc.Results The laboratory tent met the requirements for SARS-CoV-2 detection,and played a critical role in COVID-19 prevention and control.Conclusion The laboratory tent gains advantages in large working space and high biosafety,realizes rapid isolation,identification and detection of the pathogen,and provides a new idea for designing the mobile biosafety laboratory.
