摘  要:以研究获得的东方百合品种‘卡萨布兰卡’(‘Casa Blanca’)的抗病无性系和感病无性系为实验材料,利用紫外分光光度计分析了两个品系经尖孢镰刀菌及其毒素诱导后体内POD (peroxidase)(过氧化物酶)、PPO (polyphenol oxidase)(多酚氧化酶)、PAL (phenylalanine ammonia-lyase)(苯丙氨酸解氨酶)、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶活性的变化。结果表明:经尖孢镰刀菌及其毒素诱导后,东方百合抗病无性系和感病无性系体内的POD、PPO、PAL及几丁质酶的活性都表现出先升高后降低的变化趋势,而β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的活性则表现出逐渐升高的变化趋势;抗病无性系的POD、PPO、PAL、几丁质酶活性均比感病无性系有所提高;抗病无性系的POD、PPO、PAL活性均在处理48 h时达到最高。In the present study, the resistant and susceptible clones of oriental lily variety ‘Casa Blanca’ were used as experimental materials. The change trend of antiviral defense enzyme activity of peroxidase(POD), phenylalanine ammonia enzyme(PAL), polyphenol oxidase(PPO), beta 1, 3 glucanase and chitinase induced by Fusarium oxysporum and its toxin was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that the activity of POD, PPO, PAL and chitinase of resistant and susceptible clones firstly increased, and then decreased after F. oxysporum and toxin treatment. However, beta 1, 3 glucanase gradually rose. The POD, PPO, PAL, chitinase activity of resistant clones increased more than that of susceptible ones. The POD, PPO, PAL activity of disease-resistant clones reached the highest level at 48 h.
