水美南平现代化体系探索

摘　　要：结合水美南平现代化规划编制工作,研究提出"水美经济"的内涵及特征,分析"水美经济"现代化体系构建的内容,探索以水为脉,保护绿水青山,将绿水青山转化为金山银山,激活水缘区域产业发展新动能,实现经济社会高质量发展的南平模式和路径。可为全国各地落实"绿水青山就是金山银山",推进水利现代化体系建设提供借鉴。Based on the modernization planning for "Water-Beauty Nanping", the connotation and characteristics of "Water-Beauty Economy" has been presented, the contents of the modernization system for "Water-Beauty Economy" has been presented, and the Nanping’s mode and path for the protection of lucid waters and lush mountains and transforming them into "mountains of gold and silver" have been investigated, activating new kinetic energy of industrial development in the waterfront area, and realizing high-quality economic and social development. The results are expected to provide references for the implementation of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", and the promotion of the construction of modernization system in water conservancy all over the country.
