摘　　要：本文介绍了美陆军装备维修军官的定位、发展模型和军官初始军事训练,分析了西点军校、陆军预备军官训练团和预备军官学校3种授衔前教育机构的人才培养情况以及装备维修保障军官任职教育的培训教程,分析了美陆军装备维修保障军官人才培养的特点。针对提高我军装备保障军官培养质量提出了几点建议。This paper introduces the orientation,development model and Initial Military Training(IMT) of U.S.Army material maintenance officers,analyzes the talent training of West Point,Reserve Officers Training Corps(ROTC) and Officer Candidate School(OCS),as well as the training courses of U.S.Army material maintenance officers in professional education,summarizes the characteristics of talent cultivation of U.S.Army material maintenance officer with some suggestions are put forward.
