摘 要:随着铁路立体交叉网格的构建,平转法以自身独特优势在跨越既有线桥梁建设中应用越来越广泛。为了掌握在转体过程中桥梁的振动状态,保证转体安全顺利,文章运用ANSYS分析软件对转体桥梁的动力特性进行计算,根据阵型特点确定合理的传感器布置方案,在转体过程中进行实时数据采集,保证转体处于受力安全状态。结果表明:转体过程进行振动状态监测非常必要,有效测试转动体的振动状态,且具有实时性,为转体指挥和决策提供数据支撑。基于理论分析的监测方案可为类似转体过程提供参考和借鉴。The horizontal rotation method has been applied more and more widely in the construction of span bridges as well as cable bridges with its own unique advantages with the construction of grade separation grid of railway.ANSYS analysis software is applied in the paper to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the rotating bridge in order to grasp the vibration status of the bridge in the process of rotation and ensure the safe and smooth rotation,anda reasonable sensor layout plan is determined according to the formation characteristics.And Real-time data collection is implemented during rotation,thereby ensuring that the rotation is under stress safe state.The results show that it is very necessary to monitor the vibration status during rotation,thereby effectively testing the vibration status of the rotating body.It is real time,thereby providing data support for the command and decision of the rotating body.The monitoring plan based on theoretical analysis can provide reference for similar rotating processes.
