摘　　要：叙述了上海市餐厨废弃油脂从"产生、收运、处置、调制、使用"各环节及信息化监管的闭环管理模式的实施成效,并对各环节在实施过程中存在问题进行了分析探讨。The implementation effect of the closed-loop management mode of “ production,collection,transportation,disposal,modulation and use”and in formation supervision of waste cooking oil in Shanghai were described,and the problems of each link in the implementation process were analyzed.
