胸外科危重病人床旁交接表对提高护理质量的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胸外科危重病人床旁交接表对提高护理质量的作用效果。方法将2018年7~12月胸外科收治的危重病人317例作为观察组,将2018年1~6月胸外科收治的危重病人322例作为对照组。两组均按护理人员值班与交接班制度实施床旁交接班。观察组在此基础上,设计并应用胸外科危重病人床旁交接表进行交接班。比较两组每位危重病人交接班时间及交接内容的完整性。比较两组的护理质量及护理不良事件的发生情况。调查护士满意度。结果观察组交接时间较对照组明显缩短,P<0.05。观察组交接的完整性明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理质量明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。调查结果显示,观察组护士满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论胸外科危重病人床旁交接表能提高交接班效率及效果,并提高护理质量,保证病人安全,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of bedside handover table for critical patients in thoracic surgery on improving nursing quality.Methods 312 critically ill patients in thoracic surgery from July to December 2018 were recruited as observation group,322 critically ill patients in thoracic surgery from January to June 2018 were recruited as control group.Both groups carried out bedside handover according to the system of nursing staff on duty and handover.On this basis,the observation group designed and applied the bedside handover table for critical patients in thoracic surgery.The transition time and the integrity of the transfer content of each critically ill patient in the two groups were compared.The quality of nursing and the occurrence of adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.To investigate the satisfaction of nurses.Results The handover time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),.The integrity of handover in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the satisfaction score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The bedside handover table for critical patients in thoracic surgery can improve the efficiency and effect of handover,improve the quality of nursing and ensure patient safety.
