摘 要:近年来,将新型纳米材料特别是纳米荧光材料应用于潜在手印显现技术的研究引起了科研人员的广泛关注,由此衍生出了手印纳米荧光显现技术.与传统手印显现技术相比,手印纳米荧光显现具有高对比度、高灵敏度、高选择性等突出优点.本综述从显现材料和方法两方面详细总结了手印纳米荧光显现技术的国内外研究进展.在手印显现材料方面,重点介绍了基于量子点、纳米金属材料、稀土下转换发光纳米材料、稀土上转换发光纳米材料、荧光碳点等材料的显现技术;在手印显现方法方面,重点介绍了基于静电吸附、疏水作用、化学键合、抗体结合、适体识别等原理的显现方法.最后,本文对手印纳米荧光显现技术的未来发展方向提出了展望.Recently, the application of novel nanomaterials, especially fluorescent nanomaterials, in latent fingerprint development has attracted considerable attention, resulting in the nanomaterial-based fluorescent development of latent fingerprints. Compared with the traditionally used techniques, the new developing methods using fluorescent nanomaterials have a series of prominent advantages such as high contrast, sensitivity, and selectivity. In this review, we discuss the recent advances in nanomaterial-based fluorescent development of latent fingerprints from two aspects: one is the developing materials, and the other is the developing methods. On the aspect of developing materials, this review lays emphasis on fingerprint development based on quantum dots, nanometallic materials, rare earth ions doped downand up-conversion luminescent nanomaterials, and fluorescent carbon dots. On the aspect of developing methods, this review focuses on fingerprint development based on electrostatic adsorption, hydrophobic effect, chemical bonding,antibody combining, and aptamer recognition strategies. At the end, we also put forward the future prospect for nanomaterial-based fluorescent development of latent fingerprints.
