摘　　要：与发达国家相比,我国作业治疗领域起步晚,且存在人员、机构和设备短缺,服务内容简单的问题。中国人口日益老龄化和政府提倡分级诊疗制度建设,为作业治疗在中国的发展提供难得的机遇。应该抓住这个历史机遇,使用行为经济学的调研工具(如离散选择实验),在较大范围内评估国内老年人对作业治疗的需求特征和支付意愿,掌握老龄群体对作业治疗的需求,精确估计作业治疗产业的潜在价值。Occupational therapy is at a very early stage of development in China with a severe shortage in care facilities and practitioners,compared to its development in developed contries.However,the aging population and the establishment of a hierarchical medical care system in China provide a great opportunity for the development of occupational therapy.To seize the opportunity,we recommend the application of behavioral economic experiments,such as discrete choice experiment,to measure the desirability and willingness-to-pay for occupational therapy among the Chinese elderly.The evidence derived from these experiments would warrant a relatively precise estimation of the demand for occupational therapy by the Chinese elderly and the potential scale of occupational therapy services.
