摘　　要：农村不动产确权调查项目时间紧、任务重,同时对调查的数据成果有严格质量要求。建设并应用流程化、规范化、自动化的生产建库工具,有着迫切的生产需求和推广前景。基此,探讨了农村不动产确权调查建库平台建设的内容和技术路线,给出了建设具体方案,并经实践验证得到用户单位一致好评。Rural real estate ownership investigation project is pressed for time and the task is heavy,and is strict with quality of the survey result usually.There is an urgent production demand and broad prospects on building and applying of the database building tools based on processed,standardization and automation.Based on these,the paper probed into the content and technical route of the construction of the rural real estate ownership investigation and database building platform,and the specific solution was given,and it has been proved by practice to be highly praised by users.
