摘  要:弯管在油气集输管道中应用广泛,但容易发生冲刷磨损而造成泄漏事故,因此有必要对其冲刷磨损因素进行深入研究。基于流体动力学原理,借助CFD软件,应用DPM模型对油气集输管网中弯曲管道进行流场分析。结果表明:弯曲管道的冲刷磨损受到流体流速、管径以及曲率半径等多种因素影响;流体对管道冲刷磨损影响最大区域集中在弯管外侧;受到的冲刷磨损速率与入口流速和管径成正比;增大曲率半径会减弱流体对弯管内壁冲刷磨损的影响。该研究结论可为管道冲刷磨损防护提供一定的理论依据。Bending pipe is widely used in oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines,but it is easy to cause leakage accidents by erosive wear,so it is necessary to study the erosive wear factors.Based on the principle of fluid dynamics,the flow field of bending pipe in oil-gas gathering and transportation pipeline network is analyzed by means of CFD software and the DPM model.The results show that the erosive wear of bending pipe is influenced by fluid velocity,pipe diameter and radius of curvature.The area where the fluid has the greatest influence on the pipe erosive wear is concentrated on the outside of bending pipe.The rate of abrasion is proportional to the inlet velocity and pipe diameter.Increasing the radius of curvature will reduce the influence of fluid on the inner wall of bending pipe.The study conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for pipeline erosive wear protection.
