摘 要:为了保证埋地原油管道安全运行,通过分析埋地原油管道风险源构成、作用机理和影响因素,构建了基于PSR-物元可拓模型的地下原油管道安全风险分析评价指标体系,选取河南油田分公司(鲁南段)的原油管道工程,收集风险源数据,进行"压力-状态-响应"模型分析并确定权重,采用物元可拓方法计算风险等级。利用建立的埋地原油管道安全风险分析指标体系进行了实例评估,结果表明,该原油管道工程风险等级处于Ⅱ级,评价结果与实际相符。该成果对埋地原油管道安全风险分析具有一定的参考价值和应用意义。In order to ensure the safe operation of buried crude oil pipelines,by analyzing the risk source composition,action mechanism and influencing factors of buried crude oil pipelines,a safety risk analysis and evaluation index system for underground crude oil pipelines based on PSR–matter element extension model is established.The crude oil pipeline project of Henan Oilfield Company(Lunan section)is selected,its risk source data is collected,the"stress-state-response"model is analyzed and the weight is determined,and finally the risk level is calculated using the matter-element extension method.An example evaluation is carried out using the established risk analysis system for buried crude oil pipelines.The results show that the risk level of the crude oil pipeline project is level II,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.The results have certain reference value and application significance for the safety risk analysis of buried crude oil pipelines.
