摘 要:以活性炭(GAC)作为载体,采用液相还原法制备活性炭负载纳米零价铁复合材料(nZVI-GAC),利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积及孔径分析仪(BET)等方法对复合材料进行了表征。研究了不同材料、不同初始浓度、不同初始pH、nZVI-GAC投加量去除对硝基酚(PNP)的影响。结果表明,纳米零价铁成功负载到活性炭上,但负载后的活性炭比表面积和孔径有所降低;在酸性条件下nZVI-GAC对PNP的去除率优于碱性条件下,并且随着nZVI-GAC投加量的增加和PNP初始浓度的降低,nZVI-GAC对PNP的去除率逐渐增加。Using granular activated carbon as the carrier,nanoscale zero valent iron materials loaded on granular activated carbon were prepared by liquid-phase reduction method.The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),specific surface area and aperture analyzer(BET).The removal of p-nitrophenol(PNP)by different materials,initial concentrations,initial pH and dosage of nZVI-GAC was studied.The results show that the surface area and pore diameter of the activated carbon are decreased after the nano-zero valent iron is loaded on the granular activated carbon successfully,and the PNP removal rate of nZVI-GAC is better than that of basic condition under acid condition,and the PNP removal rate of nZVI-GAC increases gradually with the increase of the dosage of nZVI-GAC and the decrease of the initial concentration of PNP.
