浅析篮球运动中紧逼防守战术的训练

摘　　要：在现代篮球运动中,越来越注重防守,我们应该树立正确的观念,运用多变的防守策略。而紧逼防守战术就是为了控制和制约有球队员的活动而采取的一种防守战术。为了使国内篮球运动员在防守水平上能进一步提高,摆脱落后的局面,所以,如何训练紧逼防守战术,来抢夺球权,控制对手的活动,成为提高篮球防守能力的一个重要的方法。In the modern sport of basketball,an increasing focus on defense,we should establish the correct concept,the use of ever-changing defense strategy.Is the tight defensive tactics in order to control and restrict the activities of team ball has taken a defensive tactics.For basketball players at the domestic level on defense will further improve,from the backward situation,therefore,how tight defensive tactics training to snatch the ball right to control the opponent's activities and become defensive basketball enhance the capacity of an important method.
