河南省科技服务业多维协同发展模式研究

摘　　要：科技服务业是推进产业结构优化升级的支柱性产业。河南省科技服务业发展起步晚,总体规模偏小,科技服务机构所发挥的作用尚显薄弱。要提升河南省科技服务业整体水平,必须找出适合河南省科技服务业的发展模式。通过归纳总结国内外科技服务业发展模式,构建以科技服务业各细分行业、重点产业和外部支撑为核心的多维协同发展模式,分析该模式的内涵、特点、运行机制和发展对策,为确立河南省科技服务业发展模式提供理论依据。Science and technology service industry is a pillar industry to promote and upgrade the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The development of science and technology service industry in Henan Province started late,and the overall scale is small.The role played by science and technology service institutions is still weak.In order to improve the overall level of science and technology service industry in Henan Province,we must find out a suitable development model for science and technology service industry in Henan Province.By summarizing the development modes of science and technology service industry at home and abroad,this paper constructs a multi-dimensional cooperative development mode with the core of each sub-industry,key industry and external support of science and technology service industry,and analyses the connotation,characteristics,operation mechanism and development Countermeasures of this mode.It provides theoretical basis for establishing the development model of science and technology service industry in Henan Province.
