摘 要:以胭脂花(Primula maximowiczii)与蓝花棘豆种子(Oxitropiscoerulea)为材料,研究不同浓度的硝酸钾(KNO3)、硼酸(H3BO3)和硫酸铜(CuSO 4)溶液浸种处理对两种野生花卉种子萌发的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度的KNO 3溶液对胭脂花种子的萌发均有促进作用,其中KNO3质量浓度50 mg/L最佳。质量浓度为50 mg/L KNO 3溶液对蓝花棘豆种子萌发具有促进作用,随着KNO3质量浓度的升高抑制作用增强;不同质量浓度的H3BO3溶液对两种种子的萌发均有促进作用,H3BO3质量浓度分别为50,150 mg/L时,胭脂花和蓝花棘豆萌发效果最好;低质量浓度的CuSO4溶液对胭脂花和蓝花棘豆种子萌发均有促进作用,但不明显,随着CuSO 4质量浓度的升高对两种种子萌发出现抑制作用。从试验结果来看,质量浓度为50,150 mg/L的H3BO3分别对胭脂花和蓝花棘豆的萌发有更好的促进作用。In order to define the germination characteristics of Primula maximowiczii and Oxitropiscoerulea,the germination of two kind flower seeds was studied which soaked in different concentration of potassium nitrate,boric acid and copper sulfate solution.The test results showed that KNO3 solutions with different mass concentrations could promote the germination of Primula maximowiczii seeds,and the mass concentration of 50 mg/L was the best.Low concentration of KNO 3(50 mg/L)can promote the germination of Oxytropisjaponicusseeds,and The boric acid solutions of different mass concentrations can promote the germination of the two seeds.When the mass concentrations were 50 and 150 mg/L,the germination effect of Primula maximowiczii and Oxitropiscoerulea was the best;low-concentration CuSO4 solution promoted the germination of Primula maximowicziiand Oxytropisjaponicus seeds,but it was not obvious.With the increase of the solution mass concentration,the two seeds germinated inhibition occurred.The test results showed that H3BO3 at 50 mg/L and 150 mg/L had a better promotion effect on the Primula maximowiczii and Oxytropisjaponicus,respectively.
