羊毛/锦纶格型大衣呢沾色问题的改进措施

摘　　要：羊毛/锦纶格型大衣呢在染色工序中极易出现沾色现象,为解决羊毛/锦纶格型大衣呢的沾色问题,文章从2个方面进行了改进。第一,通过染色实验,选配出最符合锦纶和羊毛染色的染料种类,分别为雅格赛特和尤纳素染料。在进行染色实验和色牢度分析后,确定使用雅格赛特SNB系列和尤纳素CQ、BL系列染料。第二,对羊毛/锦纶散毛染色的工艺过程进行改进,调整涤纶染色温度,延长保温时间,pH值控制为6,添加环保型防沾色剂等;调整羊毛染色温度、加入匀可灵B做匀染剂,后处理皂洗。经过2方面的改进,改善了格型大衣呢沾色问题。Color staining is an ordinary phenomena in dyeing process of tartan coat production. In order to solve the problem, two improvements have been made. First, through dyeing experiments, the most suitable dyes for nylon and wool were selected, which were Argacid and Unisol series dyes. After dyeing tests and color fastness analysis, Argacid SNB series dyes and Unisol CQ and BL series dyes were selected. Second, the process of flock dyeing for nylon and wool was improved, such as the polyester dyeing temperature was adjusted, the holding time was extended, the pH value was controlled at 6, environmental auxiliaries was added, etc. The dyeing temperature of wool was adjusted and homogenized B was added, soaping was added in post-treatment. The problem of color staining on tartan coat was improved.
