摘  要:针对现有聚酯短纤维生产中无法对含有头尾丝的产品包进行有效分离,导致成品包质量不一的问题,设计了一套有效分离含有头尾丝产品包的自动跟踪隔离系统。该系统准确记录头尾丝产生时间,根据此时间戳对牵伸操作后的头尾丝再定位,实现含有头尾丝成品包的自动隔离。实验结果和现场实用情况表明,减少剔包数在50%以上,头尾丝自动隔离系统工作高效可靠。The existing polyester stable fiber production can not separate the bag contain the end of fiber effectively, resulting in the uneven quality of the finished package, a set of automatic tracking isolation system who can effectively separate the package containing head and tail wire was designed. The system can record the generation time of head and tail wire accurately, re-positioning the lead wire according to this timestamp after the stretch operation, and achieving automatic isolation of the finished package containing the head and tail wire. The experimental results and the practical situation on the spot show that the number of packets is reduced by more than 50%, and the automatic isolation system of head and tail wire works efficiently and reliably.
