摘  要:桑蚕丝制品中增重剂的定性和定量测试对规范和控制桑蚕丝品质具有重要的意义。文章对增重前后桑蚕丝制品及增重剂进行红外光谱(FTIR)表征和热稳定性测定,分析桑蚕丝纤维增重前后结构的变化以及桑蚕丝制品和增重剂的特征温度及该温度区间所对应的质量损失率,并用比例法计算桑蚕丝制品中增重剂的含量。结果表明:当桑蚕丝制品中各组分的失重特征温度存在明显区分和差异时,可以用组分的失重特征温度来定性测试增重后桑蚕丝制品中的各组分;桑蚕丝制品中增重剂和桑蚕丝的失重特征温度区间是互不重叠、相对独立的,且失重过程与各组分单独失重特征温度区间相同,因此采用比例法计算桑蚕丝制品中增重剂的含量具有可行性。The qualitative and quantitative testing of weighting agent in silk products is of great significance for regulating and controlling silk quality. In this paper, the silk products before and after weight gaining and weighting agent were analyzed by infrared spectrum and thermal stability test, the structural changes, respective characteristic temperatures and mass loss of silk products at the responding temperatures were analyzed, the contents of the weighting agent in silk products was calculated by proportional method. The results indicated that, the characteristic temperature of weight loss of each component can be used to qualitatively determine the components of silk products after weight gaining, when the characteristic temperature of weight loss of each component in silk products has obvious distinction and difference. The mass loss characteristic temperature range of silk and weighting agent in silk products is non-overlap and relatively independent, the mass loss process in it is the same as each single component, so it is feasible to calculate the weighting agent content by proportional method.
