降压八段锦联合耳穴贴压治疗老年阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察降压八段锦联合耳穴贴压对老年阴虚阳亢型高血压患者的症候改善及血压控制情况。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年3月就诊的阴虚阳亢型高血压老年患者115例,随机分为治疗组58例,脱落3例,计55例;对照组57例,脱落3例,计54例。对照组给予常规药物治疗;治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上行降压八段锦联合耳穴贴压治疗;30 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察效果。记录两组干预前后的血压值及中医症候评分状况。结果:干预90 d后,降压总有效率治疗组为87.3%(48/55),高于对照组的77.8%(42/54,P<0.05)。干预90 d时,治疗组症候积分改善总有效率为92.7%(51/55),对照组为63.0%(34/54),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在常规药物治疗基础上,坚持有规律的进行降压八段锦联合耳穴贴压治疗,对老年阴虚阳亢型高血压患者有较好辅助疗效,值得在社区推广。Objective: To observe the improvement of symptoms and blood pressure control in elderly patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity by antihypertensive Baduanjin combined with auricular point sticking. Methods: A total of 115 elderly patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type treated from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group with 58 cases, 3 cases of shedding, 55 cases in total;there were 57 cases in the control group, 3 cases in shedding, and 54 cases in total. The control group was given conventional drug treatment;on the basis of conventional medication the treatment group was treated with antihypertensive Baduanjin combined with auricular point sticking;30 days were a course of treatment, and the effect was observed after 3 courses. The blood pressure and TCM symptom score of the two groups before and after intervention were recorded. Results: After 90 days of intervention, the total effective rate of antihypertensive treatment was 87.3%(48/55) in the treatment group, which was higher than 77.8% in the control group(42/54, P<0.05). After 90 days of intervention, the total effective rates of symptom score improvement was 92.7%(51/55) in the treatment group, and 63.0%(34/54) in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional medical treatment, adhering to the regular treatment of antihypertensive Baduanjin combined with auricular point sticking has a good adjuvant effect on elderly patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type and is worth promoting in the community.
