单侧开窗潜行减压治疗双侧腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧开窗潜行减压治疗双侧腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效。方法:2015年7月-2017年7月收治双侧腰椎管狭窄患者100例,分为两组,各50例。对照组给予传统开放减压手术治疗,研究组给予单侧开窗潜行减压治疗。比较两组手术相关指标及治疗效果。结果:研究组临床治疗优良率高于对照组,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、卧床时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双侧腰椎管狭窄应用单侧开窗潜行减压治疗的临床疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral fenestration and sneak decompression for bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:100 patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis were selected from July 2015 to July 2017,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open decompression surgery,while the study group was treated with unilateral fenestration and sneak decompression.The operative indexes and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent treatment rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,bed time,and hospital stay were better in the study group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of unilateral fenestration and sneak decompression for bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis is accurate.
