追踪管理法在门诊护理安全管理中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究追踪管理法在门诊护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年5月门诊高风险患者20000例,随机分为两组,各10000例。常规组实施常规护理管理;追踪组在常规护理管理基础上采用追踪管理法。比较两组护理纠纷事件发生率、护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度及安全检查项目得分。结果:追踪组护理纠纷事件发生率、不良事件发生率均低于常规组,护理满意度及安全检查项目得分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将追踪管理法应用在门诊护理安全管理工作中,可以避免门诊护理纠纷事件发生,降低不良事件发生率,并可提高患者满意度,保障患者就医安全。Objective:To research the application value of tracking management method in outpatient nursing safety management.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,20000 outpatients with high risk were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 10000 cases in each group.The routine group implemented routine nursing management;The tracking group adopted tracking management method based on routine nursing management.The incidence of nursing disputes,the incidence of nursing adverse events,nursing satisfaction and the score of safety inspection items were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nursing disputes and adverse events in the tracking group were lower than in the routine group and the nursing satisfaction and safety inspection items scores were higher than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tracking management method in outpatient nursing safety management can avoid the occurrence of outpatient nursing disputes,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction of patients and ensure the safety of patients seeking medical treatment.
