摘　　要：目的:探究护理干预对老年患者维持性血液透析治疗依从性的影响。方法:2016年1月-2019年5月收治老年维持性血液透析患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预应用于老年维持性血液透析患者能有效提高治疗依从性,改善预后。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:90 elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected from January 2016 to May 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and prognosis of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
