摘  要:针对国内潜水搅拌机主要依靠经验来选型以满足工程需求的问题,将潜水搅拌机设计与轴流泵相结合,利用轴流泵的水力设计方法——流线法对潜水搅拌机进行设计.采用多面体网格和边界棱柱层网格的混合网格划分方式,经CFD数值计算验证,得到的初始模型水力效果较好.在此基础上,统计初始模型速度环量分布规律,通过改变潜水搅拌机的出口安放角来改变速度环量沿径向的分布,对叶片翼型进行优化设计,得到了5种优化后的潜水搅拌机水力模型.在恒功率下进行对比分析,根据性能评判标准,最终发现环量分布规律1是潜水搅拌机搅拌效果最佳的翼型特征.研究可为潜水搅拌机叶片优化设计提供坚实的理论基础.Airfoil optimization is an important method in hydraulic machinery design,which can effectively improve the efficiency of artificial flow.Submersible mixer is an important artificial flow-making equipment,and its design is connected with axial flow pump in the background where the domestic mainly relies on experience to meet the needs of engineering selection.The submersible mixer was designed by using axial flow pump airfoil optimization—streamline method,and the polyhedral meshes and boundary prismatic meshes were adopted.It was found after CFD numerical calculation that the designed initial model had better hydraulic performance.On this basis,the distribution of velocity circulation in the initial model was analyzed.The blade was optimized by changing the outlet angle of submersible mixer to change the radial distribution of velocity circulation,and five kinds of optimized hydraulic models of submersible mixer were obtained.Comparative analysis was carried out at constant power.According to the performance evaluation criteria,the loop quantity distribution rule 1 is the airfoil characteristic with the best mixing effect of submersible mixer.
