摘　　要：为了实现数字城市规划,提出基于WebGIS的数字城市规划模型,构建数字城市规划的GIS大数据分析模型,对数字城市规划WebGIS大数据进行融合调度处理,建立基于WebGIS的城市规划的统计特征提取模型,基于空间信息点标定的方法进行数字城市规划过程中的空间定位,通过数据融合和模糊C均值聚类分析的方法进行数字城市规划的WebGIS数据检测,采用分段拟合的方法建立数字城市空间规划的大数据融合调度模型,实现数字城市规划。采用C/S构架和ARM嵌入式技术进行数字城市规划模型系统的软件开发,系统包括WebGIS信息采集模块、总线控制模块、数据库模块、人机交互模块和数据处理终端模块等。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行数字城市规划模型设计的智能性较好,对WebGIS数据的访问和调度能力较强。In order to realize digital urban planning,the digital urban planning model based on WebGIS(Web Geographic Information System)is put forward.The GIS big data analysis model of digital urban planning is constructed to integrate and schedule the WebGIS big data of digital urban planning.The statistical feature extraction model of urban planning based on WebGIS is established,and the spatial positioning in the process of digital urban planning is performed based on the method of spatial information point calibration.The WebGIS data detection of digital urban planning are performed by data fusion and fuzzy C⁃means clustering analysis,and the big data fusion scheduling model of digital urban spatial planning is established with the piecewise fitting method to realize digital urban planning.The software of digital urban planning model system is developed with C/S architecture and ARM embedded technology.The system includes WebGIS information acquisition model,bus control module,database module,human⁃computer interaction module and data processing terminal module.The simulation results show that the digital urban planning model design based on this method has good intelligence and strong ability to access and schedule the WebGIS data.
