摘　　要：探讨严世芸教授治疗心悸的临证经验及用药特色。严教授认为心悸的病因病机主要为外邪侵袭、七情过极、实邪痹阻、体弱久病;治疗上主张从阴阳、气血、心肾三个方面入手,究其本质,兼顾变证,随症化裁。附临诊验案1则。To explore the clinical experience by Professor YAN Shiyun and the characteristics of prescription in treating palpitations.According to Professor YAN,the disease cause of palpitation is mainly the invasion of external evils,excessive seven emotions,excessive evils blocking,weak body and long-term illnesses,and he advocates to treat from three aspects:yin and yang,qi and blood,heart and kidney.The treatment should aim at the root cause and also the disease variation should be treated by modifying the formulas.There is one clinical case with good effect in this paper.
