赵玲分期结合分型辨证治疗亚急性甲状腺炎经验

摘　　要：赵玲教授根据亚急性甲状腺炎的发生、发展特点将其病程分为甲亢期和甲减期,并将甲亢期分为风热外袭、痰瘀互结型,肝火旺盛、痰瘀互结型,气阴两虚、痰瘀互结型和湿热内蕴、痰瘀互结型四型;将甲减期分为气阴两虚和脾肾亏虚两型,分期结合分型辨证论治,同时配合中医药外敷法,内治外治相结合,临床疗效颇佳。Professor ZHAO Ling divided the disease into the hyperthyroidism stage and the hypothyroidism period according to the occurrence and development characteristics of subacute thyroiditis.The hyperthyroidism stage is divided into four types:wind heat attacking,combined phlegm and blood stasis;excessive liver fire,combined phlegm and blood stasis;deficiency of qi and yin,combined phlegm and blood stasis;internal accumulation of damp heat,combined phlegm and blood stasis.The hypothyroidism period is divided into two types:deficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney.She treats this disease based on the combination of the staging and syndrome differentiation,also uses the external application of Chinese medicinals.The internal treatment is combined with the external treatment to achieve quite satisfactory clinical effects.
