摘 要:新建京张铁路新保安高架特大桥主桥采用(69+112+69)m预应力混凝土连续梁,因受高压线路影响,31号主墩连续梁无法按照原设计悬臂浇筑法进行施工,针对这一问题,文章在工期、技术可行性等方面进行方案比选,选定采用墩顶转体与悬臂浇筑组合施工的技术方案。为确保方案实现,设计方案主要进行了基础、梁体分段、预应力钢束等进行优化,施工方案主要从施工仿真分析、转体关键技术、永远支座体系转化等方面进行研究。实践证明,墩顶转体与悬臂浇筑组合施工技术保证了京张高速铁路架梁工期,避免了冬季施工连续梁质量难以控制的问题,规避了封锁铁路营业线、占用地方铁路赔偿费用高等问题,技术新颖、效益显著,为上跨等立体工程施工提供了新方法。(69+112+69)m prestressed concrete continuous beam is adopted for the main bridge of Xinbaoan Elevated Bridge on the newly-built Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway.Due to the influence of high-voltage lines,the continuous beam of No.31 main pier cannot be constructed according to the cantilever casting method in the original design.Based on the comparison and selection of schemes in terms of construction period and technical feasibility,the technical scheme of combined construction of pier top swivel and cantilever casting is selected.In order to ensure the realization of the scheme,the design scheme is mainly optimized in terms of foundation,beam section,prestressed steel beam,etc.The construction scheme is mainly studied in terms of construction simulation analysis,key rotation technology,permanent support system transformation,etc.Practice has proved that the combined construction technology of pier top rotation and cantilever casting ensures the construction period of beam erection of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,avoids the problem of difficult control of continuous beam's quality when construction is in winter,avoids the problems of blocking railway business lines,occupying high local railway compensation costs.It is novel in technology and remarkable in benefits,and provides a new method for three-dimensional engineering construction such as upper span.
