摘　　要：2019年3月,美国国防高级研究计划局战略技术办公室发布名为“战略技术”跨部门公告,其内容全面围绕马赛克战。美国马赛克战概念现已成为DARPA系统之系统作战体系研究的顶层核心概念,旨在发展动态、协同、高度自主的作战体系,逐步并彻底变革整个装备体系和作战模式。首先,从三个维度对马赛克战概念内涵进行解析,接着,对马赛克战概念下牵引的项目动向进行分析介绍,然后对马赛克的实质威胁进行分析,最后给出了应对马赛克战的策略。In March 2019,the Office of Strategic Technology(STO)of the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA)issued an Broad Agency Announcement(BAA)called"Strategic Technology".Its content revolves around Mosaic warfare.The concept of Mosaic Warfare in the United States has become the core top-level concept in the research of DARPA SoS combat.It aims to develop a dynamic,coordinated,and highly autonomous combat system that gradually and completely transforms the entire equipment system and operational model.First of all,the connotation of the concept of Mosaic warfare is analyzed from three dimensions.Then the technical trends under the concept of Mosaic warfare are introduced.And the actual threat analysis of Mosaic warfare is conducted.Finally,the strategies to deal with the threat of Mosaic warfare are given.
