摘 要:电/气比例压力阀是气动伺服系统的核心元件。根据高速开关阀型先导式电/气比例压力阀的结构和工作原理,利用AMESim中气动设计元件库搭建了比例阀的仿真模型,模拟了比例阀的静、动态特性,并给出了电/气比例阀的压力-流量曲线关系式。通过仿真数据和样本及试验数据的对比,验证了电/气比例阀仿真模型的有效性。Electro-pneumatic proportional pressure valve is the main component of pneumatic servo system.The simulation model of the electro-pneumatic proportional valve is built using the pneumatic design component library of AMESim,which is according to the structure and working principle of the proportional pressure valve with high-speed pilot switches.The static and dynamic characteristics of the proportional valve are simulated,and the pressure-flow curve relationship of the electro-pneumatic proportional is given.The validity of the electro-pneumatic proportional valve model is verified by comparing the simulation data with the sample datas and the test datas.
