摘 要:针对传统直动溢流阀开启特性较差、压力超调量大的缺点,提出一种在主阀芯控制腔并联阻尼活塞弹簧结构的新型直动溢流阀,通过分析其工作原理,建立系统键合图模型和非线性动力学方程。对影响溢流阀开启特性的阻尼活塞弹簧系统的8个参数进行DOE分析,结果表明,4个参数对系统压力响应有一定的影响,其中活塞直径对溢流阀工作特性影响最为明显。以溢流阀入口压力ITAE性能指标为目标函数,基于遗传算法对影响溢流阀工作性能的4个参数进行优化,优化后的溢流阀开启响应略有延迟,但压力超调量降低了4 MPa,并提前23 ms进入稳定状态,溢流阀工作性能得到改善。Aimed to solve the disadvantage of the traditional direct relief valve,such as poor opening characteristics and large pressure overshoot,a new relief valve with parallel damped piston spring in the main spool control chamber is proposed.By analyzing its working principle,the bond graph model and non-linear dynamic equation of the system were established.The DOE analysis of eight system parameters affecting the opening stability of relief valve was conducted.The results show that the four parameters have some influence on the system pressure response,and the piston diameter has the most obvious influence on the working characteristics of relief valve.Taking ITAE performance index as objective function,four parameters affecting the performance of relief valve were optimized based on genetic algorithm.After optimization,the opening response of relief valve was slightly delayed,but the pressure overshoot was reduced by 4 MPa,and the response time is reduced by 23 ms.Thus,the working performance of relief valve was improved.
