摘　　要：结合某水电厂近几年运行情况,分析混流式水轮机过多在高水头低负荷运行过流部件损坏的原因,提出解决措施,确保了机组稳定运行。With information about the operation of the francis turbines in a hydropower plant,the failure of flow parts in the francis turbines with low load under high water head is analyzed and the solution is also given to ensure the safe and steady operation of the generating units.
