摘  要:从林下种植示范基地于2015年、2017年和2019年分三批采集处于生长期的牛大力,以苯酚硫酸比色法测定其多糖含量,分析评价牛大力的生长质量,为林下种植牛大力的质量控制提供参考。测得牛大力鲜品多糖含量分别为4.04、5.10、5.79 mg/g,干燥品的牛大力多糖含量分别为4.37、5.35、6.27 mg/g。结果表明,随着种植年限增加,多糖的得率增大,这可能与糖类不断地在植物根部聚集有关。In 2015,2017 and 2019,three batch growing vigorously Millettia speciosa Champ herbs were collected from the planting demonstration base under the forest.Colorimetric method was used to determine the polysaccharides content in growing period,to analyze and evaluate the growth quality of medicinal herbs and provide reference for the quality control of cattle growing under forest.Results showed that the polysaccharides content of fresh products were 4.04,5.10 and 5.79 mg/g respectively,and that of dried products were 4.37,5.35 and 6.27 mg/g respectively.Results showed that the content of polysaccharides was positively correlated with the growth time of medicinal materials,which might be related to the accumulation of sugars in the roots of plants.
