沉香通便散敷脐加灸法对习惯性便秘患者症状改善及消化道激素影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究沉香通便散敷脐加灸法应用于习惯性便秘患者对症状改善及消化道激素的影响。方法[KG1]选择2015年2月—2016年6月期间习惯性便秘的患者共92例,采取随机数字表法随机均分为两组。对照组服用比沙可啶肠溶片(便塞停)治疗,治疗组患者采用沉香通便散加灸法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗后两组临床症状评分;检测两组治疗前后消化道激素水平,包括血清胃肠激素胃动素(motilin,MTL)、P物质(Substance P,SP)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)及生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)水平的变化,进行比较。结果两组患者治疗后治疗组总有效率95.65%明显高于对照组78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者胃肠功能均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组排便情况、腹痛腹胀、食少纳呆、头晕乏力、口苦胁痛症状评分经治疗明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后生长抑素(SS)水平明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组SS水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)、胃泌素(GAS)水平明显升高(P<0.05);而治疗组治疗后MTL、SP、GAS水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沉香通便散敷脐加灸法能明显改善习惯性便秘患者临床症状及消化道激素的水平。Objective To observe the effects on the symptoms and intestinal hormones in the patients with habitual constipation treated with umbilicus plaster of chenxiang tongbian powder and moxibustion therapy.Methods A total of 92 patients with habitual constipation were collected from February 2015 to June 2016.According to the random number table,they were divided in the two groups.In the control group,bisacodyl enteric-coated tablets were used for oral administration.In the treatment group,chenxiang tongbian powder and moxibustion were used in combination.The therapeutic effects and the clinical symptom score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,the levels of intestinal hormones were determined in the two groups,including motilin(MTL),substance-P(SP),gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS).Results After treatment,the total effective rate was different significantly between the two groups(P<0.05).It was 95.65%in the treatment group,higher obviously than 78.26%in the control group.The gastrointestinal function was improved after treatment as compared with that before treatment in the two groups,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of defecation,abdominal pain and distention,poor appetite,dizziness,lassitude,bitter taste in the mouth and hypochondriac pain in the treatment group were lower obviously than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SS was reduced obviously in the two groups(P<0.05).The level of SS in the treatment group was lower obviously than the control group(P<0.05).MTL,SP and GAS were increased obviously in the two groups.After treatment,the levels of MTL,SP and GAS in the treatment group were higher obviously than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with umbilicus plaster of chenxiang tongbian powder and moxibustion therapy relieves obviously the clinical symptoms and regulates intestinal hormones in the patients with habitual constipation.
