摘 要:利用变形铝合金半固态挤压铸造工艺的成熟技术,对难以铸造成形的变形铝2A12材料半固态挤压铸造技术展开探索,分析变形铝2A12材料半固态挤压铸造难点,提出变形铝2A12材料半固态挤压铸造成形技术方案。经过大量工艺试验验证,分析问题,改进方案,获得了变形铝2A12材料半固态挤压铸造成形技术所能达到的铸件力学性能指标,得到了适合性能要求的相关铸造工艺参数及成形后固溶处理工艺参数,为进一步研究和探索变形铝合金2A12半固态挤压铸造技术的工程化应用奠定了工艺技术基础。The semi-solid extrusion casting technology of deformed aluminum 2 A12 material was explored by using the mature technology of semi-solid extrusion casting technology of deformed aluminum alloy.The forming technical proposal of semi-solid extrusion casting technology of deformed aluminum 2 A12 material was presented through analyzing manufacturing difficulties of that.The mechanical properties index of the castings of the semi-solid extrusion casting process of the deformed aluminum 2 A12 material can be achieved through plentiful process test verification,problems analysis and plan improvement,and the related casting parameters of the solid solution after molding were obtained.The foundation of the technology was laid for further studying and exploring the engineering application of 2 A12 semi-solid extrusion casting technology.
