摘 要:随着国产数控系统的推广应用,安装了国产数控系统的数控机床需要进行提质增效方面的研究。根据近年来许多高精度零件的需求,为了避免铸造毛坯缺陷,采用了型材直接加工成型的方式。因此材料去除率高,加工效率低。合理利用可转位盘铣刀,既可以提高加工效率,也可以提高加工质量。介绍了可转位盘铣刀的优点和应用领域,可转位盘铣刀的结构、角度、刀片,结合实例,通过优化切削参数,论证了合理利用可转位盘铣刀可以达到提质增效的效果。With the popularization and application of domestic NC system,research on improving quality and efficiency of CNC machine tools equipped with domestic NC system was needed.According to the requirements of many high-precision parts in recent years,in order to avoid casting bank defects,the method of direct profile processing and molding was adopted.So there were high material removal rate and low machining efficiency.Reasonable usage of indexable disc milling cutter can not only improve the processing efficiency,but also can improve the processing quality.It was introduced that the advantages and application field of indexable disc milling cutter,the structure,angle and blade of indexable disc milling cutter,then with an example,the cutting parameters were optimized,it was proved that reasonable usage of indexable disc milling cutter can improve quality and increase efficiency.
