摘  要:为加强地面压制武器弹药的高效毁伤能力,对中大口径弹高效毁伤注装药工艺过程控制要求进行研究。针对武器装备科研生产的需求,通过对影响注装药的人机料法环等因素分析和工艺试验验证,确定固化工艺参数,综合威力比制式弹提高40%以上。结果表明,通过制定兵器工业集团公司装备质量提升工艺技术标准,引导注装药技术在科研生产中的应用,以标准形式固化具有自主知识产权的技术,可提高地面压制武器弹药的核心竞争力。In order to strengthen the high-efficiency damage ability of ground suppression ammunition,the process control requirements of high-efficiency damage injection charging for medium and large caliber ammunition were studied.According to the demand of scientific research and production of military equipments,the process parameters were determined through analyzing factors affecting injection charging and process experimental verification.By adopting these parameters,the integrated power was increased by more than 40% compared with that of the standard projectile.The results showed that it can guide the application of charging technology in scientific research and production of CNGC by formulating the technical standards,as well as solidify the technology with independent intellectual property rights,the core competitiveness of ground suppression ammunition can be improved.
