摘　　要：某雷达站现为西安电子工程研究所重点批量生产产品,从该产品在分系统调试交验、整机调试交验、用户使用过程中反馈的信息可以看出,T/R组件中的微波功率模块发生故障的可能性较大,给分系统调试交验、整机调试交验以及售后维修等工作造成了很大困难,直接影响到雷达整机工作的稳定性和可靠性,同时也给本单位带来了不小的经济损失。分析了造成T/R组件微波功率模块损坏的主要原因,提出了降低T/R组件故障率的相应方法,并固化形成了中国兵器工业集团公司标准Q/CNG 109-2017,对提高雷达整机可靠性、提升产品质量具有重要意义。A radar station was batch producing production of Xi’an Electrical Engineering Institute,from aspects of the information of product subsystem commissioning inspection,machine commissioning inspection and users’ feedbacks of a radar station,it was found that the failure of T/R microwave power module was more likely to occur,which may bring great difficulties to subsystem commissioning inspection,machine commissioning inspection and after-sales maintenance.Besides,it may directly affect the stability and reliability of the whole radar and even bring agreat economic loss to the production unit.Therefore,it was aimed that finding the main reasons for the failure of T/R microwave power module and developing appropriate ways to reduce T/R component failure rate.The research results were integrated into the standard-Q/CNG109-2017 of CNGC,which was of great significance to the quality improvement of radar.
