摘 要:建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定糙米、谷壳、植株、土壤和稻田水中肟菌酯和戊唑醇残留的分析方法。结果表明,肟菌酯和戊唑醇在0.001~0.032mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9995和0.9998,在0.02~2mg/kg添加水平下,肟菌酯和戊唑醇在糙米、谷壳、植株、土壤和稻田水中的平均回收率为79%~109%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~8.5%。肟菌酯和戊唑醇在糙米、谷壳、植株、土壤和稻田水中的定量限为0.02mg/kg。The analytical method for the determination of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole residues in the husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant,soil and paddy water was developed based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that the calibration curves for trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole were linear in the range of 0.001~0.032 mg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.9995 and 0.9998.When the spiked level ranged from 0.02 to 2 mg/kg,the average recoveries of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole in husked rice,rice hulls,rice plant,soil and paddy water were in the range of 79%~109%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 2.3%to 8.5%.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole in all the matric was 0.02 mg/kg.
