摘 要:目的探讨血清内皮细胞特异分子-1与寻常型银屑病患者动脉内膜-中膜厚度的关系。方法本研究共纳入35例寻常型银屑病患者和40例对照受试者。测量所有受试者的内皮细胞特异分子-1和颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果2组患者血清内皮细胞特异分子-1水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在银屑病患者中,血清内皮细胞特异分子-1水平与银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度相关(r=0-477,P=0.009;r=0.408,P=0.02)。结论循环内皮细胞特异分子-1可能代表与心血管风险以及寻常型银屑病患者疾病严重程度相关的新标记。内皮细胞特异分子-1可能是替代内皮功能障碍的标志物,可能在内皮依赖性病理性疾病中发挥功能作用。内皮细胞特异分子-1水平是否可以成为治疗目标值得进一步研究。Objective In order to study the relationship between serum endothelial cell specific molecular-1 and intimal-mesangial thickness in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Thirty-five patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 40 control subjects were included in this study.The thickness of endothelium-specific molecules-1 and the middle layer of carotid intima were measured in all subjects.Results There were significant differences in serum endothelial cell-1 level between the two groups(P<0.001).In patients with psoriasis,serum endothelial cell specific molecular-1 level was correlated with psoriasis area and severity index and carotid intima media thickness(r=0-477,P=0.009;R=0.408,P=0.02).Conclusion Circulating endothelial cell specific molecular-1 may represent new markers associated with cardiovascular risk and disease severity in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Endothelium-specific molecular-1 may be a marker to replace endothelial dysfunction and may play a role in endothelium-dependent pathological diseases.The value of endothelium-specific molecular-1 can be therapeutic target which is worthy of further investigation.
