加味消毒饮治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味消毒饮、祛风止痒口服液治疗风热型慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-4,IgE和干扰素(IFN)-γ水平的影响的有效性及差异性。方法将102例CU患者分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。观察组予加味消毒饮口服;对照组给予祛风止痒口服液10 mL,口服3 d。治疗8周后观察症状总积分、血清IL-4,IgE和IFN-γ的变化。结果治疗组与对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.67%、72.22%,治疗后治疗组症状总积分明显低于对照组;血清IL-4和IgE水平低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论加味消毒饮治疗能明显改善风热型CU患者瘙痒、风团症状;对血清IL-4,IgE和IFN-γ水平有明显的调节作用。Objective In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaodu decoction and Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid in the treatment of chronic urticaria(CU)of wind-heat type and their effects on serum levels of interleukin(IL)-4,IgE and interferon(IFN)-gamma.Methods Totally102 patients with CU were divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.The observation group was given Jiawei Xiaodu decoction orally,while the control group was given Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid 10 mL for three days.After eight weeks of treatment,the changes of total symptom score,serum IL-4,IgE and IFN-gamma were observed.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91.67% and 72.22%,respectively.After treatment,the total score of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the levels of serum IL-4 and Ig E were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-gamma were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Xiaodu decoction can significantly improve itching and wind mass symptoms in patients with CU of wind-heat type,and can significantly regulate serum levels of IL-4,IgE and IFN-gamma.
