基于生产性服务业需求的人才培养模式研究——以龙岩市物流业为例

摘　　要：生产性服务业重要组成部分的物流业壮大能促进生产性服务业的发展。随着龙岩市物流业规模不断扩大、物流从业主体增多,龙岩市物流业对人才的需求急剧上升。但龙岩市物流人才培训市场亟待发育,物流人才需求大却流失严重,学校培养的物流人才在数量与质量上都存在不足,以院校供给、企业内部培训的物流人才培养模式满足不了日益多元化的物流人才市场需求。要通过打造“校政企+校校社”的物流人才培养模式,让学校从错位到正位、政府从越位到归位、企业从虚位到实位、行业社会组织从缺位到补位,促使“校政企社”做好定位,各司其职又协同发力,才能达到提高物流人才培养数量与质量的目的。The logistics industry is an important part of productive service,whose progress can promote the development of productive service.With the increase of logistics practitioners and the continuous expansion of the scale of logistics industry development,the demand for talents of logistics enterprises in Longyan City has risen sharply.However,the logistics talent training markets in Longyan need to be developed urgently for the demand for logistics talents is large,but the loss of logistics talents is serious.The quantity and quality of logistics talents trained by schools are insufficient.The logistics talent training modes provided by the colleges and enterprises cannot meet the increasingly diversified logistics talent market demand.To improve the logistics talents,it is necessary to build a logistics talent training mode of“school-government-enterprise”+“school-association”,so as to make the school go from dislocation to position,government from offside to return to position,enterprise from vacancy to actual position,industry and social organization from absence to replacement,and finally promote the positioning of“school-government-enterprise”+“school-association”,and promote each department function together to achieve the aim of cultivating logistics talents quantity and quality.
